Canadian Gold Maple leaf coins were initially available as .999 fine gold content weighing 1 oz only. Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) first introduced its .9999 pure gold in the year 1982 and the same tradition lingered since then. Now all GML coins are .9999 gold purity bearing different weights. This has tempted the investors of all levels
The obverse side of 2020 1 oz Canadian Gold Maple Leaf Coins have the right side profile portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This was designed by artist Susanna Blunt in 2003 and is the 4th generation portrait of the Queen.
The sugar maple leaf is engraved on the reverse side of 2020 1 oz Gold Maple Leaf Coin. The current design of the reverse side of the coin was made by Walter Ott and has been a beauty since then.
